Launched in May 2016, M4F is all about end-to-end career guidance and mentoring to students passing S.S.C and H.S.C. throughout the journey of their career. M4F works closely with teachers and students, too:
- guide the students identify the right career and course
- mentor throughout their education to bring out the best in them, update them about a chosen field
- enhance employability by helping in developing essential skills
- prepare for professional challenges
M4F has tied up with counselors for one-time career guidance and working professionals for long-term mentoring of students in chosen fields across various locations in India. The latest information on courses, institutions, scholarships and educational loans and tools are provided in partnership with Ace Credutech, Mumbai. At present, all services except career counseling are offered absolutely free!
As a first step, M4F has launched this portal providing access to resources and facilitating interaction of students with counselors and mentors. Over next few years, M4F will also set up full-fledged Resource Centres in partnership with other organizations and educational institutes. These centers will help in better outreach, conduct co-curricular activities and organize interaction with counselors, mentors, and experts from various fields.
